What are the delivery costs?

Shipping will be calculated according to the volume, weight and place of destination of the order

Wich payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made, via bank transfer, credit cards, paypal and through an ATM reference.

How long until it is delivered?

For mainland Portugal, the normal delivery time after payment is valid is 2 to 3 working days. For other countries or islands, the delivery time may be longer.

What is the return policy?

The customer has the right to return the product, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

For this purpose, the customer must communicate his decision to us through an unambiguous statement, in his own words, by letter sent by registered postal mail or by e-mail, to one of the following addresses: EN 396, Semino, 8125-303 Quarteira or lojaonlinebli@casadabli.pt

We point out that the right of free resolution within the deadline is considered to be exercised when the declaration of termination is sent before the end of the aforementioned period.
